Camelback Rentals

Northridge Station is located just off Camelback road. These modern units are located within 5 minutes of the base of Camelback Mountain. The Units have a fully equipped kitchen, vaulted ceiling living rooms with a fireplace. Linens are supplied. Some offer views of Camelback Mountain.

Choice of two style units:

3 bedroom, 2 bath - sleeps 6 - 10

4 bedroom, 3 bath - sleeps up to 10 persons.

The Village at Camelback units are located on the side of Camelback Mountain. Some are located within walking distance to the slopes. Some offer views of the slopes and use of an indoor pool, whirlpool and Fitness center.The pool is open weekends and holidays. (hours subject to change) Linens are supplied.

Choice of two unit styles:

Village I - Two bedrooms with sleeping loft, sleeps 6 - 8

Village II - Two bedrooms with sleeping loft, sleeps 6 - 8. Wet bar, sauna and whirlpool tub.

**Rental Policies:**
Check In/Check Out 4:00p.m./11:00a.m. Pets We are sorry but pets are not allowed.	Credit Cards Accepted Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express
Deposit and Cancellation Policy. Deposits: All of the vacation homes that we rent are privately owned, therefore payment in full is due 30 days prior to your arrival. A $200 deposit is required for reservations made one month or more prior to your arrival date. Reservations made within 30 days of your arrival require payment in full. Cancellations: 15% of the total rent will be charged on all cancellations or transfers made after seven days from the date of the reservation. For cancellations or transfers made fourteen days before the date of arrival, there will be no refund if the unit is not rented for the same amount of money. There will be no refund due to "Acts of God".
